Hi, I’m Daniel — a certified fitness coach helping beginners build strength and self-belief.
After years of trial and error in my own fitness journey, I realised how confusing it can be for newcomers. That’s why I created FitFromZero — to make fitness simple, motivating, and accessible to everyone. Whether you’re starting at home or stepping into the gym for the first time, I’ll guide you through safe, effective workouts designed for your body and your goals. No extremes. No pressure. Just progress — at your own pace.

I’ve been helping people in Liverpool start their fitness journey since 2016.
It all began when I decided to share my own transformation — from struggling with motivation to building daily fitness habits that actually last. Since then, I’ve trained hundreds of clients who once thought they couldn’t do it — and proved they can. In 2021, I launched FitFromZero Online Coaching, helping people train from home or gym with personal guidance, flexible plans, and full support through every stage of their progress.
